Stuffed Strawberries Gone Wild
This is a super hit in the summer time. Surprise your family and friends in the summer time with this recipe.
Stuffed Strawberries Gone Wild Recipe-
Ingredients:
2 dozen strawberries
8 oz mascarpone cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 tsp of Amaretto liquor
Dark chocolate- shavings
Prepare:
Cut the tops of the strawberries, and make an x in the top of the strawberries. In a mixer beat the cheese, sugar, and liquor. Place the mixture in a pastry bag, and pipe into the strawberries.
Top the strawberries off with chocolate shavings. Enjoy and you can prepare these ahead of time and keep them in refrigerator.
