Easy sweet dinner rolls

Great idea for Thanksgiving!!
Very easy recipe to make and you can always sub the sugar for honey or agave nectar. 🙂

Yummy! These rolls are very tasty and can go with anything. (Even nutella lol.)

Sweet Dinner Rolls

  • Prep time- 20 minutes
  • Cook time- 10-15 minutes
  • Yields- 12 rolls


  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

I used my kitchen aid for this recipe. It is much easier to use a kitchen aid or mixer of some sort. 🙂

* Tip-If you do not want to use sugar, you can replace that with honey. Tastes great with honey too.
